About delivery and ordering

Which countries does Daan Kromhout deliver to?

We deliver our decoration articles and floristry supplies throughout Europe and even beyond. We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium within 48 hours. For other countries, we aim to deliver within two to five working days.

I would like to become a Daan Kromhout customer.
We are happy to hear that! We sell exclusively to business-to-business customers. If you are a business and what to become a customer, complete the registration form. We will get in touch you as soon as possible and provide you with access to our webshop.
Do you also sell to private individuals?

No, we do not sell to private individuals, unfortunately. We sell exclusively to business customers (B2B). If you would like to become a customer, complete the registration form. We will get in touch you as soon as possible!

What are the delivery costs?

Within the Netherlands orders above €500 are free of charge. Delivery costs are charged for orders under that amount (the amount will be displayed during ordering).

Within Belgium orders above €650 are free of charge.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver on working days, so from Monday to Friday. We deliver your order in the Netherlands and Belgium within 48 hours (two working days). For other countries, we aim to deliver within two to five working days.

What should I do if my order is incomplete?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact one of our customer service staff, they will be happy to help. Make sure you have the applicable article numbers and your debtor account number ready. You can send a mail to customerservice@daankromhout.nl or call +31 (0)252 340220. We will provide a suitable solution!

Can I also buy items individually?
Sometimes, but not all articles in the selection can be ordered individually. The minimum order quantity stated by each article. We do try to consider smaller orders in terms of quantities.
What should I do if the article I want to order is not in stock?
If an article is not in stock, and you would like to know when you will be able to order it, get in touch with us. Call +31 (0)252 340220
What should I do if my order is delivered broken/damaged?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service staff. You can send a mail to customerservice@daankromhout.nl. State your debtor account number, the article number and please include a photo of the damage. If you’d rather contact us by phone, call +31 (0)252 340220. Make sure you have the details ready. We will provide a suitable solution!

Showroom

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, and what a showroom it is! Our showroom measures a grand 1,500 m² and is located on Kruizemuntweg 27B in Rijsenhout, near Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The style rooms and themed spaces are an experience in themselves. It's where we present our newest articles and current collections, such as our spring and Christmas collections. Make an appointment and visit Daan Kromhout.

Do I have to make an appointment to come to the showroom?

What is a mobile showroom?

A mobile showroom is a converted truck. We have 10 mobile showrooms on the road, each containing about 4,000 articles. We use these mobile showrooms (trucks) to visit customers in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Our customer-focused sales representatives will come to you by appointment. That’s what we call service on the spot!

Placing an order in the showroom
If you have an appointment scheduled with one our sale representative in the showroom, you can place a pre-order. You place this order in combination with the stock readily available. Items that are not in stock will be automatically backordered. Our sales team will coordinate the backorder and ensure for delivery when the articles are back in stock.
